Ranch Chicken Salad

1/3 cup Bowl & Basket mayonnaise
1/2 envelope ranch dressing mix (about 1 tablespoon)
1 can (12.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1/3 cup seeded, diced red bell pepper or sliced green onions
1/4 cup crumbled cooked Wholesome Pantry bacon
1 stalk Wholesome Pantry Organic celery, diced
2 Wholesome Pantry Organic avocado, pitted, peeled and halved
Directions
1. Stir the chicken, mayonnaise, celery, onion, carrot, if desired, lemon juice and seasoning in a bowl.
2. Divide the chicken mixture among 4 bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices.
3. Tip: Make it a melt! Divide the chicken mixture among 4 bread slices and top with the cheese. Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
